The annual Ring Of Kerry Charity Cycle will take place on Saturday 06th July 2024, starting and finishing in Killarney. Cyclists will travel from Killarney via Killorglin and return via Kenmare and Molls Gap with a number of road closures and traffic diversions in place along the route.
As a result of this and to facilitate the large number of participants involved, the following service alterations will apply

Route 280 Killarney – Fossa – Beaufort – Killorglin – Glenbeigh – Cahersiveen – Waterville

Killarney Depart 08:00 will not serve Fossa or Beaufort
This service will detour via Milltown and resume service in Killorglin
Waterville Depart 10:20 will operate all stops but will detour at Caragh Bridge  and travel via Dooks to Killorglin and operate as normal thereafter.

Route 280 Waterville – Cahersiveen – Glenbeigh – Killorglin – Beaufort – Fossa – Killarney

Route 281 Waterville – Caherdaniel – Castlecove – Sneem – Kenmare

Cahirciveen Depart 11:35  Not Operating
Waterville Depart 13:55 will operate as normal.
R45 Sneem to Killarney will operate via Kilgarvan in both directions.
R46b will operate as normal but will serve the Outlet Centre Killarney and not Beech Road Carpark.
All other services will operate as normal but passengers should be advised to expect delays and that  there is no guarantee of onward connections on that day for the duration of the event.
